What everybody wants is a quick technique to help treat you, but this is not a simple technique. This is a collection of multiple techniques that have taken me years to write and compile. The first one is called Foundations: Understanding Anxiety, and it helps to build you a solid foundation and understand every part about anxiety.

The second book is quite a bit different, and gives you a proper treatment method using the latest techniques.

They are both easy to use and understand, and only together will get the full Anxiety Protocol as it was meant to be.

Right now Dr. Carandang is focused on being able to help as many people as possible, and due to popular demand he does not have a clinic that you can visit him at. He is planning on opening one up and will see a limited amount of patients.
While Anxiety and Depression are often tied together, and there are many parts to look at, this book was created with the intention of helping people who suffer from Anxiety, not depression. In the future please look forward to updates on a possible depression book from Dr. Carandang.
Whether this book is a permanent solution to Anxiety or not really depends on the end user. The information and treatment plan in this book is certain to help anybody who is suffering from anxiety, and can provide a permanent solution if the person sticks with the program. There is however no guarantee that everything works for everybody. Just like there are several different medications, and you need a different one depending on your condition, you may need a different approach to permanently treat our anxiety that is not in this book.
Dr. Carandang is a Psychiatrist and has suffered from Anxiety himself. He knows better than anyone how debilitating Anxiety can be and how it can make it so that you are unable to move on with certain parts of your life. He has suffered and does not wish for others to suffer from the same fate as him, hence he has such a great interest in anxiety. With the Anxiety Protocol, he is sure that this can help countless people who need anxiety treatment.
This is a question that I often receive from people who get anxiety. Sometimes they feel like they did something wrong and are cursed, hence they have it. Well, anybody can get anxiety. It can happen to good people, people that do everything right, and have a great life and career going on. Sometimes they can crack. Children can get anxiety, adults, men and women. Anxiety does not spare anyone. A large percentage of people in this world are currently suffering from an anxiety disorder, and the worst part is many are undiagnosed.
Dr. Carandang received his MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch Hospitals, and completed a child psychiatry fellowship at Maine Medical Center in Portland. After his fellowship he stayed at Maine Medical Center as a staff Psychiatrist, and held a faculty position with the University of Vermont College of Medicine.

He was eventually recruited to a faculty position at Dalhousie University Department of Psychiatry in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada where he taught and conducted research studies. He was also concurrently recruited to do clinical work at the IWK Health Centre in Halifax.
